Comments

"I will be leaving the team at the end of my contract. It's been a total of 10 years since I joined Cerezo Osaka in 2010, when I was an unknown player and they made me an offer. It's difficult to talk about everything, but I really do have a lot of memories. The ten years I spent at Cerezo Osaka were so intense that I don't know what to say here. But one thing I can honestly say is that I have nothing but gratitude for all the people involved with Cerezo Osaka. I am grateful to them for their warm support at all times, for their encouragement at all times, and for their words of encouragement - with Kiyo, because Kiyo is here. It is because of this warm support that I have been able to play for Cerezo Osaka for 10 years. It has also been a great 10 years for me because I have made so many precious friends. If I had only one regret, it would be that I couldn't achieve my goal of winning the league with Shinji in 2024, which is my only regret at Cerezo Osaka. But all in all, it has been the best 10 years. Thank you very much. I am leaving the team, but from now on I will support Cerezo Osaka as a fan. Finally, I would like to thank you in person on the 23rd of December, so if you have time, I will be waiting for you at the Yodoko Sakura Stadium.
So thank you very much. And goodbye."
